Rhett Farrell
President
Biography
Mr. Rhett Farrell has a bachelor’s degree in Bioenvironmental Science from Texas A&M University and professional environmental consulting experience from project managing with two different consulting firms. Mr. Farrell’s formal education and professional experience have given him the ability and knowledge to handle the majority of environmental situations.
As President of EcoServe Environmental Consulting Corp., Mr. Farrell works on the day-to-day activities for specific projects, generates new client relationships, and completes turnkey environmental tasks for businesses from many different industries.

Professional Project Experience
- Conducted field work, drafted site plats, and created SPCC reports for over 100 producing tank batteries for several well known oil and gas companies.
- Conducted many Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for several different types of property acquisitions including numerous oil and gas field property acquisitions.
- Conducted water sampling and sediment sampling in a pond; tested for possible hydrocarbons due to its location adjacent to a newly installed oil well.
- Created many Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan’s for countless businesses following either the Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System – Multi Sector General Permit or the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System – Multi Sector General Permit.
- Conducted site surveys for air permitting at a numerous facilities.
- Maintained many Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans by conducting the required periodic sampling, inspections, training, and compliance evaluations.
- Assisted on large groundwater contamination delineation and remediation. Gained experience in hydrogeology through SLUG testing to determine the hydraulic conductivity, then determined the Cone of Depression for proper calibration of the recovery pumps.

Carly Krosley
Environmental Scientist/
Project Manager
Biography
Carly Krosley completed her bachelor’s degree in Bioenvironmental Science as well as a business minor from Texas A&M University. The skills and knowledge she has gained from the combination of these two studies has enabled her to effectively interact with clients and manage projects.
As an environmental scientist at EcoServe Environmental Consulting Corp., Ms. Krosley works on the day-to-day activities for projects and clients, communicates with State and Federal regulatory agencies, updates client projects to ensure compliance, and continually researches relevant information to be able to better serve current and future clients.

Professional Project Experience
- Created Air Regulatory Plans and performed permit work including registration with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, compliance evaluations and training for several manufacturing companies.
- Managed land excavation for a Landfarming Remediation project for petroleum contaminated soils.
- Conducted monthly soil sampling and monitored data to optimize remediation effort.
- Drafted multiple site plans using AutoCAD 2010 as a requirement for Air Permits, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
- Maintained many Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, conducted the required periodic sampling, inspections, training, and compliance evaluations.
- Created Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan for companies from various industries and conducted employee training.

Linda Knowles, P.E.
Professional Engineer
Biography
Ms. Linda Knowles has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. She has professional environmental consulting experience in the areas of Air Quality Permitting and Risk Management Plans. Linda is also a specialist in environmental assessments, native plant identification and energy conservation.

- Prepared air quality permit and emission reduction credit applications for various source types.
- Prepared information for California State Implementation Plan reviews.
- Researched air pollution control equipment options (types, availability, prices) for specific applications.
- On contract to air pollution control agency (two years): Processed applications for permits, including calculation of emissions and review of permit applications for completeness and for compliance with local new and modified stationary source review rules, local prohibitory rules and other applicable regulations.
- Conducted Best Available Control Technology (BACT) reviews of proposed control technologies.
- Developed health risk assessments, including screening level dispersion modeling, to determine risks to receptors.
- Researched and wrote air quality analyses for housing and industrial development projects.
