Security Vulnerability Assessment

Once the Department of Homeland Security has notified a CSAT applicant of their risk eligibility, a CSAT Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) must be completed for the site.  Upon notification, the DHS will provide a facility with a Tier based rating that identifies a facility’s risk level and the time line allowed for the SVA to be completed.

  • Tier 1- 90 days from the date of written notification to complete and submit the CSAT SVA
  • Tier 2- 120 days from the date of written notification to complete and submit the CSAT SVA
  • Tier 3- 150 days from the date of written notification to complete and submit the CSAT SVA
  • Tier 4- 180 days from the date of written notification to complete and submit the CSAT SVA

EcoServe will complete and submit the Security Vulnerability Assessment for your facility, so that you can focus on your business.  We will handle all correspondence with the Department of Homeland Security in order to quickly resolve all compliance issues for your site.
