Department of Homeland Security - CSAT - Top-Screen

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has identified Chemicals of Interest (COI) and has established Threshold Limits for these chemicals based on their risk level for certain security issues.  These issues include risk of chemical release, theft, sabotage, and fire.  Facilities that manufacture, use, store or distribute these chemicals above the specified quantities listed in Appendix A of 6 CFR Part 27, have 60 days to complete and submit a Chemical Security Assessment Tool (CSAT) - Top-Screen either voluntarily or through Federal Notice.  EcoServe Environmental Consulting can identify any Chemicals of Interest that may be associated with your facility and determine what, if any, security risks exist for your site.  EcoServe will ensure that your business is compliant with The Department of Homeland Security.
