Permits by Rule

Most operations that emit air pollutants must have state authorization to do so. EcoServe’s knowledgeable staff can verify if your situation meets the general requirements for claiming this permit type under Title 30 Texas Administrative Code Section 106 for the 120 available Permit by Rule facilities. EcoServe will estimate your “worst case” emissions at maximum design capacity and tailor a plan to suit your productivity needs. In addition, we will make sure that you are complying with additional federal standards or nonattainment rules.
